Hokhori Consulting is a European digital sovereignty consultancy based in Brussels, Belgium. We help SMEs and mid-sized companies regain control of their IT infrastructure with sovereign European solutions.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the following data:

  • Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), subject (optional), message.
  • Call booking: data entered via Cal.com when scheduling an appointment (name, email, chosen time slot).

We do not collect any browsing data via cookies. Our analytics tool (Plausible) works without cookies and collects no personally identifiable data.

3. How we use your data

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide the requested information.
  • Organise and confirm booked discovery calls.
  • Improve our services and website (anonymous statistics only).

4. Legal basis

  • Legitimate interest: processing contact requests for our business operations.
  • Consent: by submitting the contact form, you consent to the processing of your data for the described purpose.
  • Contract performance: where processing is necessary to deliver a service.

5. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Booking data is retained according to Cal.com's retention policy.

6. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your data.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use any cookies. Our analytics tool, Plausible Analytics, is GDPR compliant and works without cookies, without collecting personal data and without requiring a consent banner. The collected statistics are entirely anonymous and aggregated.

8. Contact form data processing

Data submitted via our contact form is processed on a self-hosted server located in the European Union (Hetzner Cloud, Germany/Finland). No personal data is transferred outside the EU. Data is sent via secure SMTP email to the data controller.

9. Third-party services

  • Cal.com: used for appointment booking. Cal.com processes the data necessary for call scheduling. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
  • Plausible Analytics: cookie-free web analytics, GDPR compliant. No personal data collected.
  • Hetzner Cloud: web hosting in the EU. Sovereign European infrastructure.

10. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to check this page regularly.
