1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the consulting.hokhori.be website (hereinafter "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of services

Hokhori Consulting provides European digital sovereignty consulting services for SMEs and mid-sized companies, including:

  • Digital sovereignty audit
  • Migration to sovereign European solutions
  • GDPR and NIS2 compliance support
  • Digital sovereignty training and awareness

Information published on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual commitment. Services are subject to separate contracts.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, icons, software) is the exclusive property of Hokhori Consulting or its partners and is protected by Belgian and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the Site content is prohibited without prior written authorisation from Hokhori Consulting.

4. Use of the site

You agree to use the Site in compliance with:

It is specifically prohibited to attempt unauthorised access to the Site's IT systems, transmit unlawful content via the contact form, or disrupt the normal operation of the Site.

6. Applicable law

These terms of use are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

7. Dispute resolution

8. Changes to terms
